What a wonderful wedding day. Full of emotion, prayer, spirituality and love. Courtney and Richard and their families were so wonderful to photograph during their intimate wedding at Lake Ellyn.
The day started off at Grace Community Church in Elmhurst with an absolutely amazing sermon by the pastor and followed by very meaningful and emotional vows from both the bride and groom. As these two committed to each other, you could tell they had the full support of their family and friends.
After the family photos we traveled to the Lake Ellyn Boat House in Glen Ellyn for the remainder of the day. This is where we did all the portraits and bridal party photos. The area is so lush with greenery which is perfect for these kind of photos. We finished up bridal portraits with Courtney and Richard by the lake at sunset and headed inside for some sweet speeches and dinner.
Everyone had a great time during dinner and mingling afterwards with lots of laughs and fun moment. Sophia even caught a fish!!
