what if my photographer gets sick?

No, you'll get to choose your lead photographer after you look over their portfolios. This happens after we have the initial Discovery Call.

Do you assign our photographer?

If your lead photographer gets sick on your wedding day, anyone from our team can take over and give our couples the same experience and photos. We have a unified studio approach. This is huge piece of mind!

The engagement session is the perfect time to meet your lead photographer. They'll get to know you, you'll get to know them and build some fantastic confidence in front of the camera.

when do i meet my photographer?

You'll receive your final gallery 4-6 weeks after your wedding day. We also try to send over sneak peeks the week of the wedding.

when do we get our photos?

Yes, all your photos will be edited for exposure and color. They will look exactly as we intend them to be. Most will be in color with a few in black and white. We do not give or sell raw files.

Are the photos edited?

Yes, there is a 25% retainer at the time of signing the contract. We do not charge any tax or credit card fees!

Is there a deposit?

Because we are full time wedding photographers, we have a full time studio manager who is accessible and available to all our couples. The studio manager's main role is to provide planning support for all our couples with things like timelines, logistics, timing of their day and much more. We realized the more involved we are earlier in the process, the better the wedding days go. We are here to help wherever we can but we always recommend the hiring of an wedding planner to run and manage your wedding day. We can recommend a few!
