When this lovely couple reached out asking us to photographer their Chicago civil ceremony at the Chicago Cultural Center, there was so much excitement about it – we don’t get to do these very often!

Julien & Leila have a truly unique love story that you see in the movies! They met in Paris 5 years ago when Julien was living there. Leila was visiting Paris (from Brazil) and met Julien. After spending only 2 days together in Paris, they knew they wanted to keep in touch – there was something special there! After 3 years of long-distance dating, they made the move to Chicago together and it has been their home since. It’s been almost a year since they got engaged in Hawaii and they couldn’t wait to make their husband and wife status official! We were so honored to be there for that special day!
